Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Policy

We do not accept returns of any food items once they have been shipped from our premises.

This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality. Once the product leaves our facility, it cannot be resold or reused due to food safety regulations.

2. Refund Policy

As we sell perishable goods, refunds are not applicable except in rare cases where:

  • The product is damaged, spoiled, or leaked during transit.
  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

After review, if your claim is approved, we will initiate a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of taste, personal dislike, or incorrect address provided by the customer.
